Alarm response can be tailored to our customers needs and can range from Key-holder contact only, to Police or Fire brigade response where necessary.

The Alarm Receiving Centre is manned by fully trained staff, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, offering complete peace of mind to our monitored customers.

The ARC uses state of the art computer systems and is capable of handling various methods of signalling i.e. RedCARE, Dualcom, Digital communicators, CCTV. etc.
