Our service team are available to call at your premises at a time suitable to you, 24 hours a day to carry out any repairs necessary during the initial 12 month guarantee period. Of course during this period, all repairs are carried out free of charge, provided that the fault is not due to malicious damage, fair wear & tear or unauthorised tampering or modification of the system.

After this first 12 month period, we will make a suitable appointment to come along and service the system and  you will be offered the peace of mind of an annual maintenance contract.
